Wake up after sleep mode issues with Tobii Pro T60XL or TX300

The Tobii Pro T60XL and TX300 sometimes have difficulties to wake up after the computer went into sleep mode.

When the computer goes to sleep or hibernation mode (power saving plan), it is usually enough to move the mouse or press a key to wake it up. The Tobii Pro T60XL or TX300 screen might remain black, while a secondary screen (laptop screen) shows the computer is up and running again.

  • To solve this issue one needs to manually wake the screen up by pressing the standby button on the screen twice.
  • Make sure not to use the power saving plan on your computer, but change the power settings to High Performances. This can also affect the performance of your graphic card during the recordings.
