My support and upgrade contract has expired, what should I do?

Tobii Pro Studio / Tobii Pro Lab warns me that my Support and/or Upgrade contract has expired.

When your Tobii Pro Support contract has expired, you no longer have access to the Primium Support service at Tobii Pro Technical Support. Your account is from now on covered by Basic Support service.

If you wish to renew your Premium Support contract, please contact your account manager, the Sales team or the Support team.

When your Tobii Pro Studio or Tobii Pro Lab Upgrade contract has expired, you no longer have access to the new major upgrades of Tobii Pro Studio or Tobii Pro Lab. Nevertheless, your license is still valid to use your current version of Tobii Pro Studio or Tobii Pro Lab.
