How do I fix an issue with the Tobii Pro VR Integration environment such as a glitch in assets during replay or recording?
a. Reset the environment by switching modes. If you are in Record mode, switch to Replay mode and back to Record mode (and vice versa if you are in Replay mode ).
b. Click Home to completely reset the environment or close the application to reset everything (close the window from the Home screen or use Alt-F4 if not running in windowed mode). All recordings will be stored automatically.
c. Check that there is not another pair of Lighthouses that the headset can be viewed from, and that there is nothing that can reflect the laser beams from the lighthouses. Use the hardware sync cable between the lighthouses to ensure performance.
