I don’t see the gaze point in my Tobii Pro VR Integration or the gaze point is frozen.
a. If the gaze point is not visible when starting record mode, check Tobii Service and drivers. Try restart Tobii Service, restart PC and check connections on Vive (USB, HDMI and Power).
b. If the gaze point is not visible in the HMD use the toggle button in the UI or the Z-key to toggle it on. The gaze point can also be made invisible when adjusting the gaze point size to the lowest setting.
c. If the gaze point still doesn’t appear, close the Tobii Pro VR Analytics application and Vive/Steam VR applications, or restart the PC. Disconnect and reconnect the HMD and restart Tobii Pro VR Analytics.
