Tobii Pro Glasses 2 does not show up in the Tobii Pro Glasses Controller software

I have connected my Pro Glasses 2 to the computer through WLAN or Ethernet cable, but they do not appear in the Pro Glasses Controller software.


The Pro Glasses Controller software uses the IPv6 address to discover and connect to Pro Glasses 2 even when the device connects through LAN. The IPv6 components may be disabled in the Windows registry by sysadmins or according to your domain policy. There is a simple solution for how to fix this. This can be downloaded from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929852. It is named "Re-enable IPv6" or "Re-enable IPv6 on non tunnel interfaces and on IPv6 tunnel interfaces." Only one Windows fix application should be run in order to correct the issue.
