Our offer

We provide world leading eye tracking solutions to academic institutions and to commercial companies that want to better understand human behavior. Our solutions consist of hardware, software, training and support.

We also provide eye-tracking-based consumer-research studies to customers that do not have the expertise or time to conduct the research themselves, such as large market research companies and consumer goods companies.

Ever since the start of the company in 2001, our mission has been to make eye tracking as accessible as possible and to make eye tracking easy to use for everyone.

Our team

We are a global team working closely with our clients in the local markets through our network of account managers, researchers, trainers, support staff, resellers and partners.

Our team of 130 people work out of Stockholm, Tokyo, Shanghai, Frankfurt, Kiev and many locations across the United States including Washington D.C., San Diego and Cleveland.

Our research and development (R&D) team has extensive experience in developing high-quality eye tracking hardware and software solutions. The team members are experts in optics, electronics, computer vision, eye tracking algorithms, embedded platforms, and software engineering.

Our training and knowledge team includes the leading eye tracking experts in the world. They eagerly share their knowledge with our clients as well as with broader audiences as speakers at conferences.

Our experienced services team has carried out hundreds of client projects around the globe using eye tracking in research covering shopper and retail studies, car clinics, outdoor advertising, packaging, digital measurement, user experience projects and much more.

Our support team is located across different time zones to make sure we can assist our clients around the clock. Our support staff speaks English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, German, French and Swedish.
